1 Hour sessions to discover your identity and marry your true authentic self with the challenges, joys and adjustments of motherhood.  I find the answers to the questions you are too scared to answer on your own. Your kids deserve the real you and to see you shine.

Bonding
GROUP SESSIONS

 

A group of mothers get together on a weekly or monthly basis to discuss the challenges of motherhood and together we work at finding our true compass to guide us on our journey as a mom so that we do not have to compare ourselves to others.  We work together at discovering our unique selves and what we have to offer to our children as individuals.

WFH Setup
FOLLOW-UPS FOR SUPPORT

 

Even though we are very strong as women and mothers, we all need support.  As your coach I follow-up on you after sessions and encourage moms in group sessions to do the same.  It takes a village to raise a child, but it takes mothers to raise each other.

I offer entertaining, inspiring and effective life coaching presentations in the form of motivational speaking and life coaching workshops, with practical demonstrations of techniques that can be used on a daily basis.
