I am a mother of two very busy boys and slowly approaching forty.  It has been the greatest transformation from womanhood to motherhood, but it has also been the most challenging.

 

My background is in the film industry, but having to be kind to myself as a mother, led me to life coaching.  I have a great passion for mothers just like myself and am a true believer that your identity is not separate from being a mom.

 

You can be YOU and a great mom.  You do not have to sacrifice.
